The Bad News: The only way to lose arm fat is to lose fat everywhere... Doing arm workouts can build muscle and firm things up. But fat only goes away by getting dissolved all over your body evenly when you are using more energy than you are taking in. But no need to worry it'll only take about 2 months. So, be active. Go for walks, etc. And eat reasonable meals. If you want to lose weight quickly, DO NOT try to cut fat out of your diet or otherwise starve yourself. So eat healthy foods... Go ahead and have a little bit of butter on your toast, etc. And try to be active as much as possible.And I heard that arm fat shows that you are "healthy" or that you may have "muscles" in your arm, but not sure haha. Depending on your age, those women after 50 really need progesterone cream of some sort, because your body can deposit fat in certain areas when hormones are not balanced. I use a cream from Dr. Bob Marshall. I am 63.
I'm 62. If I can do this so can you. Have you ever noticed that when we are fat, our under arm fat doesn't really jiggle? I have lost more than 110 pounds and kept it off since the early 90's. Recently, I decided to shape up my arms and legs a little more-- not spot reduce, but spot muscle toning. Push ups have toned my arms so much in the last 7 months -- just 15 push-ups 5 days a week -- that the skin now has to extend around more muscle, thus giving the look of less fat, when actually I have increased the muscle mass, not changed the fat content. I use a Body By Jake machine to do the same things to my legs. Be consistent and do a little each day just as you would with taking care of your teeth!
I am not exactly sure if this is true but I heard that if you use one of those vibrating dumbbells it will "jiggle" and strengthen you arm to get fat away quicker. It will additionally strengthen your arm.
Well that's a very easy to answer question just not that easy to do but very easy to answer. In 1995 was 100 pounds over weight and had a waist line of 52" I started going to the gym every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for three to four hours per day and also to UKO or United Karatedo organization for tuesday, and thursdays two hours a night. In one year I went from a 52" in waist down to a 32" waist line and never felt so alive!
You could do push ups...But,that helps get abs.To lose arm fat you just have to go to the gym a few times.You could lift weights.If you want all the arm fat gne you have to lose weight in certain parts of your body though,to do that you can run everyday,go to the gym,just do a few easy things at home(jumping jacks,pushup,sit ups and things like that)Good luck!(;
