Is it normal for a 14 year old girl to drink 4L's of water In a hour ?

It's not common, but it isn't necessarily abnormal. If you're sweating a lot or it's really dry that is normal. But it's not healthy to drink 4L every single hour (4L in a day is fine) because you will overwork your kidney, flush out your nutrients, and can actually die if you drink 6L in a single hour.

Yes if you were very thirsty or dehydrated. Or if you just got back from sports, excercise, or running.
