It's done good, but also done bad. I am a Christian, but if Christianity/Muslim/Jewish religions didn't exist, or any religion for that matter, the world would actually probably be a better place. Just think of the wars that have been fought over religion. One of the most famous being The Great Crusades.
Do you have any idea how many people have been killed because they weren't Christian? More than Hitler killed, WWI and WWII (besides the ones Hitler killed) combined. What good has come? I myself am a Pagan. I have yet to meet another Pagan that did not accept everyone as they are. I was Christian at one point but then I realized how much hate was in the religion and converted to being a Pagan. I was told I was going to hell for wearing jeans. You know whats really sad? I know the bible better than most Christians. I have only one verse I like. Take others as they are and do not judge them, lest you be judged yourself.
While religion, not just Christianity, has lead to good things it has also led to bad. People tend to get into arguments over it due to different beliefs or variations on it. As @JeffreyEaton mentioned, the world probably WOULD be better off without religion (mind you that's my/our opinion), but don't give up just yet. Religion, not just Christianity, has led to good things such as others turning their lives around for the better, keeping hope in large things and staying positive, and it even causes others to be kind and caring to many people.
I think values of any sort have done good. Thou shall not kill, thou shall not steal, thou shall not commit adultery. As long as they are not imposing their values on non Christians I think it has done a lot of good.
More bad than good. Religion has caused more wars, death, and disputes than everything else combined. We all believe that theres a big guy watching out for us so why do we have to fight over the details? This question has no answer.
Well of course! If the world actually followed in Jesus's foot steps most would be at peace! Some say they do, but judge. That's why some people might believe it doesn't. I think that's just because they think they are helping.
The actual lived values of Christ have and will continue to do nothing but good. The actions of people have contradicted the values of Christ throughout history which does not negate the actual Christian values themselves since Christ is sinless and is the One who is the source (according to orthodox christian belief).
Your question is terribly non-specific. I defy you to find a "Christian value" that has done good for the world that is either exclusively Christian or originated with Christianity. If you cannot, you're not talking about "Christian values" but a value that a Christian happens to have.
Christianity has made through the centuries, here are a few highlights:
(1) Hospitals, which essentially began during the Middle Ages. (2) Universities, which also began during the Middle Ages. In addition, most of the world's greatest universities were started for Christian purposes. (3) Literacy and education for the masses. (4) Capitalism and free enterprise. (5) Representative government, particularly as it has been seen in the American experiment.(cont in comments)
There's no such thing as "Christian values". Unless you count, faith, as a value, which is irrational belief in things with no evidence. Anything you could list as a virtue such as, love, forgiveness, charity for needy, etc., are just human nature and has been part of society since before we walked upright. Research the evolution of empathy if you would like to know where your "Christian values" came from.
