How can i gain weight?

I am 5'3 and weight 87 pounds. I have not gained weight in 3 years. I eat more food then both of my teenage brothers combined and i'm not gaining any weight. I sick of people calling me anorexic and i'm sick of felling gross, i want to be a healthy weight. can someone please help, and please don't say eat more, I hear it enough already. thank!

Eat a Big Mac.Just kidding. what you really need to do is to eat 3 meals a day (don't skip any meals) and 2 snacks a day also. Try thinking of hefty foods instead of light meals.Avoid trans fat foods.Protein shakes are good too.Make sure you eat veggies,fruits etc. when you plan to cook a meal with oil in it,make sure to add a pretty generous amount.

Might sound weird but like for a weekend or 2 just sit down play video games or watch TV if you like "fatty" foods eat some of those and try and keep away from exercise. Just some ways i did in my teen year.

did you speak to your physician? my mom had the same problem and its often related to stress... are you having a very hard time with something?

Your weight depends on what you eat & exercise. Also your metabolism is very high because your a teenager.

Don't eat so many meals. to slow down your metabolism you need to eat three big meals (not huge lol) but not like twenty meals through out the day because it speed up ur metabolism making you lose weight quicker. trust me , haha it works. just don't eat everytime ur hungry. ! :)

If anything don't try to gain weight by eating junk food. Just eat normally. Eat more protein.

There is no need to feel gross due to your weight. Depending on your age you may not have really hit puberty and that is when your weight really starts to hit. At the teenage age you tend to either gain more weight or loose a bit. If you really eat as much as you say then you most likely have a really high metabolism which is actually lucky. That means that your body breaks apart the chemicals faster and uses up more energy in the process. If you work out a lot that can also factor in and the more you work out the more you need to eat t keep up with the energy needed.

The best thing I can tell you is to count your calories. Take in more and more each day. But if you have such trouble, I would suggest seeing a doctor and having him put you on a healthy diet. Good luck!

Work out and gain muscle, eat healthier and eat lots of protein. If you still aren't gaining any weight you should talk to your doctor. :)

Go to a doctor. You might have an metabolic or endocrine disease or a nutritional deficiency. Go get that checked out, sweetie and good luck.

Play some sports and get some muscle that will put some weight on you plus you can also eat proteins like chicken and beens fruit vegtables

You want to gain healthy weight not fat. Search for a body building forum. Post your question there. The body building community knows how to deal with this in a healthy way. They have seen it before. Some people say "I don't want to look like that". I would agree. Don't worry about looking that extreme. You never will because it takes far more effort to look so extreme than you will ever do. Just do the body building plan for chronic under weight people that they recommend. If you have a medical condition they will know it and recommend what type of health professional to remedy your situation.
