DC Shoes, Reebok, Timberland, Ugg, Nike, and Ecco are some very good shoe brands. I am a ginormous fan of the Sketchers, and Ecco shoe styles for women.

It really depends on what type of shoes you want for style (women) pastry is good Nike for sports and sketchers for everyday shoes

The best shoes I have ever put on my feet are TSUBO. TSUBO means pressure point in japanese. You can walk &/or stand on your feet all day & your feet never hurt. You can't even tell you have shoes on, they are awesome. They make all kinds of shoes, tennis shoes, dress shoes, boots, sandals, flip flops. You name it they have it. www.zappos.com has tons of TSUBO shoes.

If your shopping for shoes, check zappos.com or shoebuy.com and see what brands and which shoes there you like and then order them or go look for those shoes in a store and try them first.
