Keep yourself busy is the key, Socializing is always good or if your someone who likes to be alone do things that you like doing for fun or at least to relax. Just know, whatever you might be stressing out now its not going to be in your life forever don't worry life gets to us all the time your not alone. Praying is another key, whatever your beliefs may be its always a good thing to have when your struggling and feeling like everything is a mess and you can't go through with it anymore. Just think back in your past I'm sure you use to stress about something else before and you felt the same way you did now but you got over it somehow try and remember how you did that to help you with any future situations.

Read a book that you find interesting, Tell you what, get this one its a good story based on true events. it is called Anne Frank. that will keep your mind very occupied. you will like it, it seems boring at first, but keep reading.
Go in your dads garage grab a piece of wood & a hammer. Take out your stress hitting the wood as hard as you can over & over till its smooshed. This should help. Oh yea put his hammer back & sweep up the wood before you leave.
