I have a really bad temper problem when I get mad what do I do?
stay calm and remove yourself from the problem and possibly go for a walk and listen to music that is smooth and soothing, always remeber life is too short to stay made at someone, forgivness is the key to happiness
Think more, try not to get yourself into situations that can make you mad, wake up with a happy attitude.

punch a pillow but not a human see I had that happen to me today and I punched someone but don't either go off and away somewhere or punch something not someone or an animal

Please see a therapist who specializes in anger issues. You will be taught techniques to help you deal with your anger and hopefully get to the root of what is causing such anger.
anger management programs are a good start.
Count to ten slowly and back away from the situation.
Try attending some type anger management session with a therapist. If your still pissed off about things after that a little Thc might help with your temper reaching its max so easily.
Get angry but don't go mad!
