well, first of all, eat more fruits and vegetables and less meat and junk food because fruits and veggies are mostly liquid so it gives you enough vitamins and no fat. you also need to spend a few hours excercising each day. also try stretching for a few minutes every morning. and second, you have to be willing to work hard enough to reach your goal.
