I need to gain muscle mass fast any tips?

Try protein drinks and weight lifting. I'm a girl horseback rider and lacrosse player. I had to gain muscle for jumping and lacrosse since I am small and I drank muscle milk and lifted weights along with push ups, pull ups, crunches, and other workouts.
