A hot shower and a balanced diet. If I don't eat right I get headaches. If you have been skipping something lately make sure you include it in your next meal. Say you have been skimping on the veggies, eat a salad for lunch.
use your thumb and your forfinger to squeeze at the bridge of your nose between your eyebrows and while keeping your eyes closed hold for a minute or two. until you feel something come over you. then hold for awhile longer. release the hold keeping your eyes closed then after about a minute open your eyes. Now massage your temples and using your fingertips on both temples push the fat on your head inwards to the middle of your forhead holding it there for a few seconds. (do this repeatedly) now massage the top of your head then pull fistfulls of your hair all over your head let me know how you feel
