A caveat ... Many stores/manufacturers don't allow you to use multiple coupons for a single product - so you have to read the fine print on the coupons, also. I mean, if the coupon requires "buy one, get one at half price" you're not going to see the savings they do on the "extreme coupon" shows.
Some people get them in a variety of ways, and one of them is online.
Another is to just take what other people toss out or else just steal them from the mailboxes or newspapers - seriously, a woman claimed she didn't know it was illegal to take the pennysaver out of a neighbor's mailbox. If it's not your mailbox and you didn't get permission to collect their mail for them, you are stealing.

I subscribe to three newspapers a week. You can get them for a dollar at the dollar store or if you subscribe. I only spend three dollars a week the savings really add up. Also there are coupon clipping services that you can pay a portion to get more than three if you want to stock up. Finally there are trading sites usually dollar for dollar for other coupons you dont want that they do. It takes lots of time but the savings can be substantial. Good luck
the normally go very extreme and dig outta trash bags and collect sunday newspapers from the neighbor hood or something like that...but there are websites that let you print legal coupons and the stores may have some deals or clubs for coupons
I'm a cashier at Bottom Dollar Food, and we print out coupons with receipts. Sometimes manufacturers tell our system to print out coupons for their merchandise. It's overall really crazy how much people save at these discount grocery stores. We also send out direct mail coupons. It's nuts. Overall coupons are lifesavers.
found a great app for my phone called KEYRING . its amazing not only does it allow you to save your shopper advantage numbers (scanned off your phone). You can also connect coupons to it so no paper. I also joined the prescription program (its free) and it saved me about $100 on a $130 prescription. Everyone I tell about it loves it! I also check the website thecouponproject.com
go to Couponconections.com and ask your neighbors for adds with coupons in them. Then only use coupons for things that are on sale. Works well! although it takes a long time to cut out each coupon. coupons with the manufactured yellow thingy can be used at all stores, it is located at the top of the coupon. If it is not a manufactured coupon, only use it at the store it says it works at. Its confusing. Just go to coupon connections!
