In freezing temps, is it alrite to Leave hot water dripping?

Report as

When the temperatures get cold, you need to protect your pipes. Turning the water faucets on, will help them. If you have outside faucets, turn them on and have the water drip. This will keep the faucet, from freezing up. The inside water faucets, can be turned on, with only a drip of water. This will keep the air, out of the pipes. Preparing yourself, for the cold weather is always good.

Yes, let the water drip in cold weather. However, it doesn't need 2 b hot water. Cold is just fine.
