I would advise you to completely ignore smokeythebear123. My wife uses a combination of Mederma and Palmers Cocoa Butter formulated specifically for stretch marks. We just had our third child back in August and I can't see any stretch marks. You can buy them both at Wal-Mart (I know, I hate shopping there too, but their prices are really very decent).
yes there is all you have to do is exercise and eat your food healthy but if your baby is zero to seven months then you have to try not to get out of bed and bend down and someone to be helping you all the time with you and the baby but if your baby is seven moths up then u could start doing exercise when your baby is seven moths if you start early it will be bad for your stomach.

Everyone's body differs it all depends on your skins elasticity; anyone can get stretch marks not only from a pregnancy but by going up and down in their weight. They work the best if you use them continually through the day.
