I always follow the B.R.A.T. diet when I'm sick. Bananas, Rice, Apples, Toast. Also drink like a large glass of water whenever you get the chance. Stay away from dairy products. Drink/eat lots of fluids.
Saltine crackers and sprite or seven up! :) I usually snack on those. They calm my stomach. My aunt liked orange soda when she had morning sickness because "it tasted the same going down as it did going up!" Nasty I know. That's why it is no longer my favorite soda... But maybe it'll be the same for you? ( not the pregnant part lol)
