I think this is a rip off. I signed up for the 21 day free trial, canceled with 21 days but they still charged my credit card. When I called to dispute the charges, they were not willing to refund the money. The customer service manager's attitude had a lot to be desired. Go to Weight Watchers or some other diet plan.
Yes!!! today, after 1 year and a half, i'm fine and actually this program teach you how your body works and how you gonna eat for the future. It don't ask you to buy anything "special". You will use things is in your fridge already. Of course will teach you to buy "better"options for you when is time. Any ways, I hate to feel hungry, I hate diet. This thing change my life. BEWARE...It seems like this company is out for your money! The program does work well if you follow it to the letter and do a lot of journaling and so forth, BUT Provida tries to sell you something else supposedly to enhance your weight loss that is over priced at every turn. They try to sell the online program for $4.99 a week and say you can cancel at any time but only in the very small print do they tell you that they initially charge you for 13 weeks at a time. Thus is ends up costing about $65 even if you only use it for a week. They start charging immediately, before the materials arrive in the mail, which is not helpful, as you don't have the journal and book that you are supposed to use! It certainly has left a bad taste in my mouth. I feel they are just out for money!
