What can happen to people who don't take stress seriously?

i am curious what detrimental effects that too much or unrelieved stress has on a persons physiological and mental health.

Its different for everyone, but you can start a weird eating habbit or not eating.
makes the mucles sore and there is loss of weight.
stomach cramping/problems.
depends on how much stress you build up and for how long.

more so the physical mental detriments of people that have too much stress, i know it causes headaches muscle spasms anxiety etc but i am curious if there is anything other then the obvious effects.
