Scientifically, what IS "that feeling in the pit of your stomach" when you see your crush?

the reason I asked is because I've been watching a bunch of movies with that and I decided to put this on Ask.com because I had nothing better to do, but I am curios what that actually is.

(my opinion) Situations in the environment may cause you to think about it. Thought triggers emotion and feelings. And feelings trigger your body such as adrenal glands or nerves from the brain and you may get the phenomenon as "butterflies" or "goose-flesh" or a sick feeling.

So another words it is a psychosomatic.
