What should I eat after a morning workout?
Variety of fruits !
a banana, water and a grapefruit
sometimes..when i feel worn down after a workout/job that may drain me..i find that eating a "pickle"..helps perk me back up..then..may eat..whatever..to keep..going..or carry on..
A hot fudge sundae sounds good to me
smoothies,fruit shakes,milkshakes,energy drinks,orange juice,mountain dew,water,fruit bowls,strawberries,nutrition bars,cereal,poptarts,waffles or pancakes and fruit,oranges and bacon
A smoothie/shake that includes fruits, leafy vegetables, etc.
protein- like greek yogurt
