What can a person do to stop self harm to themselves and along with feeling that everything's their fault?
They don't tell their family or friends of how they really feel. Instead they hide it and their true feelings when they're feeling hurt or like nobody wants them around even their own family. They accidentally find themselves from snapping with angry attitudes toward others. And they try so hard to not commit self harm to themselves with anything that's bad for their body and health. They hate the feeling of thinking that everything is their fault and when they accidentally hurt somebody's feelings they don't want feel like they're alive. And want to drink or do drugs or something that'll be unmistakable and them regret later on?
