Well, it really depends on a lot of things. Like: Gender, frame and build, muscle.... But most people who are 5'11'' are naturally going to weigh more, there really is no average weight. You are fine just the way you are.
162 pounds seems just right! Depending on your build- muscle weighs more than fat as we all know. I'm a girl who is 5'9 and I weigh 150 pounds. I'm not tiny, but I have a fair amount of muscle so I think it's a good weight.
