Is it okay to state High School Achievements when applying for College Scholarships?
So I'm about to enter my second year as a College Student and I'm applying for scholarships through my school. Since I'm still fairly new to the college world I haven't had much chance to make a name for myself or achieve much.
What I'd like to know is if it'd be appropriate to list some of my high school achievements on the application. For example I spent four years in Marching Band and I was an officer and voted "Most Outstanding Senior." I have many high school achievements like that one and I would love to be able to list them for the scholarship committee in considering my eligibility.
Thanks in advance!
