I think I may have a personality disorder or a anxiety disorder. I'm extremely shy around people, i feel worthless,

And i never stand up for myself, or tell people how i really feel. It's physically impossible for me to act "normal". It's ruining my life, & my relationships. I even didnt finish high school, because every "social" thing for me, is terrible. Any suggestions on what could be wrong with me?

Sounds like you grew up around abusive people.
When you get old enough, get away from those family or relatives who ever made you feel nervous, sad or scared, and you should start to improve slowly from there.

Then, please try to start seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist or counselor. They will notice things and try to get you answers, etc. You deserve as much 'kind help' as possible.

Don't feel like you have to live in the shadow of an abuser. You can get away from him and start thinking and feeling your own thoughts and feelings, from now on :]

Good advice but to change the subject, be thankful I am not Bill Gates or Donald Trump because I would have my lawyers send you a cease and desist letter in regards to using that barn door image as your icon! (If I had the money, I would buy that image from Ask.com and it would only be MINE! MINE Ya hear?! MINE! MINE! MINE! : D (Just kidding sort of. No seriously I think I would buy it and own it, kind of like the McDonalds restaurant more or less "owns" the name McDonalds.) Don't believe me? Just try opening an Irish BAR and calling it McDonalds and before you can say "Two- all- beef- patties- lettuce-cheese-onions- special- sauce -on- a -sesame -seed -bun" their lawyers would be on you like ketsup on fries. (By the way, if you don't get the McDonalds reference to their Big Mac hamburgers, you either aren't old enough, or you really should have watched waaaay more TV when your were a kid. PS If I left anything out it is because it has been years since I thought of that tongue twister commercial of theirs.)

Try going to a therapist. Nothing crazy, just go in for a review and see what they say. There may be attributing factors that are making you feel you must act that way. :)

You feel worthless? Sounds like more than just some social phobia. You should see a psychologist to get a proper diagnosis. Therapy can help a lot.

I guess i shouldn't have said 'worthless' it's more like, I always feel like everyone's judging me and I always feel ugly and embarrasing. I also feel like everyone's always talking or thinking about how weird & awkward I am.

Well, everyone is self conscious. Some more than others. You just seem to go a little bit past the borderline of healthy, and not.. A boost in self esteem would do you some good. I still think you should see a therapist

I want to see a therapist, but i'm not sure if i'd be able to actually be honest about the way i feel, because it's hard for me to even talk about it, especially to a stranger.

Well you're gonna have to get over that and just spit it out. I would think that it would be easier to talk about things with a stranger because they don't know you personally. It's not really embarrassing if they don't know you.

You should do some kind of fighting sport like boxing or take a fitness class. That's what helped me stand up for myself

I have the same problem. I've been treated for depression a while ago and doing a lot better.

I was thinking about going to a physcatrist, because i really think I need some kind of medicine, but it'd be really hard for me to tell a stranger exactly how i feel.

Yes, definitely sounds like anxiety or/and depression. A therapist can help, they are there to listen to you- be your sounding board, so to speak. They never push you or judge you and the hardest step is the first one. After that I hope it gets easier and easier for you. Good luck my friend.

I know how you feel im going threw it right now the best advice i can give is staying positive,counseling helps it helpped me in a way stay motivated,getting treated and on medication i feel would also help you out hun good luck hope you feel better soon=)

I'm the same way... But trust me you're not worthless. You could have a disorder of some kind...or you could just be really shy. But either way, you're not worthless. You're just as good as everyone else in this world.(:
