As long as paper is recycled into something that is recyclable, it is good to go. Some people think that recycling paper is about saving trees, but there's much more good stuff involved with recycling paper, it reduces the need to cut more trees for paper, true, but it also saves thousands of gallons of water, keeps chemicals out of the waste stream, and reduces energy used to create paper. It's a win-win all the way around.

It's depend on the factory if how many times the paper they recycle. Just like the factory that I know they recycled paper and make a promotional notebooks that are excellent way for us to do our part to help save earth's resources.
Every one gets all bent into recycling paper, but when cleaning up there yard they will burn or mulch up tree branches that fell in there lawn. why not take them to a paper mill? Most towns recycling systems are put in place to create revenue not save the environment. FYI a 48' trailer full of recycled plastic is worth between 10 and 15 thousand dollars. Then they still charge you for garbage pick up....
