I just pulled the muscles in my legs, but I have a running tortament soon. How do I unplull them?

One does not "un-pull" pulled muscles.
You must wait for them the heal naturally, and to get better by themselves.
If you run again too soon, you will cause more damage. I would see a doctor and get their advice on whether to run now.

you will simply have to let it heal..and don't re-injure it in the mean time..

good luck with it..and..maybe skip the track meet..if it isn't healed in time..no sense in hurting it worse..or making it take forever..to heal..

unfortunately you can't. but sitting in a hot tub or massage might help. /fitness trainer
