I just pulled the muscles in my legs, but I have a running tortament soon. How do I unplull them?

One does not "un-pull" pulled muscles.You must wait for them the heal naturally, and to get better by themselves.If you run again too soon, you will cause more damage. I would see a doctor and get their advice on whether to run now.
you will simply have to let it heal..and don't re-injure it in the mean time..
unfortunately you can't. but sitting in a hot tub or massage might help. /fitness trainer
