I suppose good leadership is just that. People will do what a leader 'does' and not just what they 'say'. Leadership is leading (by example) and not simply assuming to be the 'boss'. If you wanted to get some leadership about becoming rich, would you ask a wealthy person or a poor person? If you wanted to analyse traits of good leadership, then you should identify what you want to be 'led' by, and then analyse those that have already achieved something by that.
