What is a good Pokemon team for Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald?

Okay, I'm not getting good answers on my other questions. I need a good, organized team, and I need help because I'm not good at this. I know I'm adding an Altaria to my team, because it's one of my favorite Pokemon and it's actually really strong. I chose Mudkip for my starter because it's actually pretty strong once you level it up. What's a good team to use? I'm not doing any trades or hacks, so don't suggest Pokemon like Charizard or Gengar. I'm also keeping Altaria and Swampert on my team.

Swampert, Requissa, Groundon, Kyoguer, Houndoom, and Zangoose

you can switch one out for your Altaria

I'm not using any legendaries on my team. It says in my description that I'm NOT trading or doing hacks, so Houndoom is out of the question.

This is for Pokemon Ruby. I'm not trading or anything, so Caterpie, Ivysaur, and Ponyta and Rapidash are out of the question. Archer and Sandile are generation 5 Pokemon, they are not in Pokemon Ruby. Most of the Pokemon except for Altaria and Swampert are total crap. They're not even evolved.
