Place the eggs you would like to boil into a pot. Add only one layer of eggs to the pot and do not stack them on top of one another. The eggs should have enough room to roll around in the bottom of the pot. Add enough cold water to the pot to cover the eggs in four inches. Pour 2 tbsp. of salt into the water for approximately every 1 cup volume. For example, if you estimate you used four cups water, add 8 tbsp. salt to the pot. Bring the water to a rolling boil. Keep an eye on the eggs. When little bubbles of air start to rise in continuous streams from the shells, remove the pot from the heat. This should take approximately 30 minutes from when the water reaches a rolling boil. Drain off the water and shake the eggs back and forth in the pan for 30 seconds. This cracks the shells. Pour cold water over the eggs, covering them in two inches of liquid, and leave them for 10 minutes. Peel the shells away from the eggs under cold, running water. The water will wash away any small shell pieces.
Put raw egg in a pot and fill pot with enough water to cover eggs. Bring water to a boil. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. After 10 min. take eggs out of the hot water and submerge in ice water. When eggs are cool, take them out and bang them on the counter to crack the shell. Peel off the shell. Eat your delicious eggs. (Thanks now you made me hungry!)
Put eggs in pot, cover with cold water, bring to full boil. Put cover on pot. Take off heat. Time it for 13 minutes. Then plunge eggs in cold water until cool enough to handle. Peel under running cold water.
boil enough water to cover the eggs, put the eggs into the boiling water, let them cook at a medium boil for seven minutes. take the pot, with eggs and water off the hot element, place it on an unheated element for three minutes. turn on tap so water will be quite cold and leave it running as you pour the hot water from the pot. leaving the eggs in the empty hot pot. put the hot pot and eggs under the cold water.in a moment, you'll be able to plck up a hot egg. and make a crack in the shell, run the cold water directly into the crack. then begin peeling, running the cold water into each area you've taken the shell from. that will prevent pieces of egg from lifting as you peel, that way you leave the inner membrane of the shell behind also, you then have nice, smooth, easy to use eggs. I know this looks like a lot just for some silly eggs. it really isn't when you start doing it. enjoy!
