No. If they're iron sights just set them for 50 yards. That's pretty much default. If it's 3x or 4x set it for 35 yards. If you're gonna be shooting close (50-yards) then don't use a scope with more then 5 magnification as you can't acquire targets fast enough. I'd use a holographic or red dot sight which are fine for CQB. Iron sights are fine also. These CQB sights won't need to be sighted in because the trajectory of the bullet won't change that much. This is all assuming that you're using a semi automatic rifle.
