how to get to sleep faster?
i have a hard time trying to sleep
You have to give yourself some time to fall asleep, some people don't like it too quiet at night though if that is the case you can try listen to the tv on low. Or if you just can't fall asleep you can try and take some sleeping pills to help.
turn off ur phone and lay down
twiddle your thumbs and whistle Dixie
sometimes..it helps me if i turn some music on..but only loud enough..that my subconscious..can hear it..that low..in volume..just a mere tiny tiny whisper of sound..
Stay away from the computer,tv,phone.Doesn't anyone know the joy in quiet anymore?Relax!

Warm milk and a really boring book.
melatonin work wonders
melatonin,valerian, both natural supplements, take about 30 mins before bed and do something not stimulating, e.g:tv, computer. sleepy time tea isn't too bad either.
