I just put some strawberries and whatever random fruits I have around the house (of course cutting off stems and such) in the blender, put in some ice, a bit of milk, yogurt, then blend until it's nice and smooth.
I know a few delicious fruit shakes to try. one is called a monkey flip you use 1 banana 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. a cup of milk. ice. like a teaspoon of vanilla extract. and some sugar. then you blend it and presto a delicious shake. you can also make your own using ice. either icecream or yogurt. whatever fruit you like. sometimes rather than ice I use frozen fruit like peaches or berries. you can add dried egg whites for protein. and you can use milk or juice. some people use honey instead of sugar
