Being angry is a part of life. It's one of those things that if left alone it can be bad. You shouldn't always be angry. For instance if someone slaps you really hard your normal reaction would be to be angry. This shouldn't last large amounts of time. You shouldn't let things get to you. Hope this helps.
Sometimes it is good to be angry but not often. Do not try to control or "bottle up" your anger because that will cause you to explode whenever your "bottle" is full. try and find something that calms you. Something that I do is whenever I'm alone I focus on anything that makes me angry and imagine it disappearing or think of how stupid and petty it is.
Feelings are feelings...there is no right or wrong to feel what you feel. There are, however, healthy and unhealthy ways to deal with anger. Talking about about why you are angry is better then acting out your anger issues in a violent way.
being angry isn't always bad. sometimes it's exactly the right thing to feel. it's when that anger is unexpressed,and held onto until our overriding emotion is anger. then,it becomes a problem. we start to have difficulties relating to people,and veiwing the world as a hostile place. on the other hand if you have good reason for being angry,and you know,or have learned how to release your anger in a way that ends constructively,that's great. that allows us to remember the boundries we've decided on,and it lets others know that those boundries are there,and we them to be respected.
Anger is a normal human emotion Exsept you are angry find out why you are angry is it valid or unwarranted ?Dont ignore your anger .face it .You don't need to be controlled by it .Because your angry doesn't mean you act on it and loose control .But acknoglage it.
