It's an important way to bond with your family. Humans are naturally social animals. Did you know that humans used to live in big family rooms, sleeping next to their family every night for millions of years? It is important to spend time with your family members for social and emotional support in your life :)
Everyone has different reasons on why but for me it's important because it's tradition, it's a time when cell phones and video games don't interrupt, a time to find out how my kids day went, it's family time. We don't have the opportunity to do it at breakfast out lunch because of school and work so dinner is a meal we can all come together for.
nowadays almost everyone is too busy that they don't get enough time to spent with their family.....so at least during dinner time u get to spent time with your family talk about different thing and all....
It's a time to talk. Your parents, while annoying, would actually like to know how your life is going and what happened during the day. Plus it establishes good table manners for when you get older. I still think the lack of family sit down dinners is what has brought on a decline in civility toward another human being.
Bonding time and time to let out feelings. Its proven that children who have family meals (where everyone sits down together at a table), the child performs better in school and is less likely to be depressed.
Dinner with all the family member is very important to make the bond of family strong. It gives a general information of all the members of the house what they did in the day time and what has happened throughout the day. If some one faces any problem all the members try to solve it or at least they can guide what can be done to solve the problems. It gives a sense of security and oneness and shows love for each other.
