When is the best time to exercise? Early morning or before you go to sleep?

There are differing opinions as to what time of day is the best time for exercising, research says that based on things such as lung function, body rhythms, body temperature and a few other physiological factors, 6pm in the evening is best. However, other opinions state that the early morning is good, before starting your day, or any time that you're free, so it seems as if the best time to exercise really depends on what's best and convenient for the individual person.

In the morning before you eat (but after a cup of coffee).

Exercise in the morning is very healthy to the body. And doctors adviced it. Well, if you have an amnesia, an evening exercise would be the answer. :)

Early morning. If you do it before bed you will be all pumped up and won't be able to sleep.

Early morning because it starts your metabolism all day, if you do at night then you wont go to sleep

In the morning eat a light meal and workout but defanitly dont workout at night cuz it may be hard to sleep

i like to excersise right before i go to bed, for me it seems i'm more alert and you get to sleep easier, but depends if your a night owl or a morning person.........

In the morning because your metabolism is faster in the morning before you eat and if you exercise at night your adrenalin and endorphins are coursing through your body which could cause difficulty sleeping

I always do it in the morning after a cup of jasmine tea. Then I have my small breakfast.
