How can I lose arm fat?

Im a girl, a teen, & I have chubby arms. My rist are very thin but my shoulders are chubbly, and when I put my arms to my side it stretches out. I want that fatness to go away. Ive been doing pushups lately and some arm workouts but any tips? Ive been trying to eat healthier too, but it is very hard for me to do that too. Some tips on dieting? Ive been trying to get an hourglass figure. Also I hear that geting musle on arms just makes them more bulky and bigger. I want skinny arms.

Use 3 or 5 pound weights every morning for at least 5 to 10 minutes.the easiest way of lifting weights is using a small pillow to start with so that way you don't force your skin and muscles especially if you just woke up.place your elbow on the pillow right or left one at a time and start pulling it towards you.give it a count at least 10 pull then same way on the other hand that way while relaxing your arm from lifting the other will balance it out.you can also use different course of lifting like if you holding both weights you can slowly lift it side ways up and down by reaching towards over your head for another 10 lifts.by doing this every morning or at least 3 times a week it will make a slow but accurate outcome building muscles and prevent or lose fat arm.the often you do it the quickest result you can get.from 30 to fifty lifts depend on how fast and determine you are.

You need to modify your diet and you need to exercise. You have to burn calories to lose fat. 3500 calories to lose one pound of it to be exact. You can do more activities with your arms or work out your arms to tighten them up but you will still need to lose the fat from them. Go for long walks and swing your arms when you do. Walking is one of the best exercises you can do... esp if you dont dawdle.

There's no healthy way to lose fat in a specific region. obviously the correct answer is to lose fat through proper exercise ("ideal" would be 3 times a week, no longer than 30 minutes per session is advised for weight loss) and a good diet (enough vegetables, red meat, skip carbs)

We use bar bells w/exercise in exercise class to help w/ the arms. Do a little at a time and increase it as your arms strengthen. Don't listen to people who say you are fat and have no will power. If you are concerned and do something about it (you are doing something when you are young-Congratulations!), you should be able to get rid of the extra skin. Diet rich in skim or lo-fat milk, milk products should also help. Greek yogurt also helps keep you from getting hungry so fast.

Good luck! It isn't easy, but you are doing something about it. That makes you are strong person who will be successful in anything you try and succeed at!!!

work out like push up wont do even you go on higher repetition, My advice is try swimming that's the effective way

well.. if nothing works out then you may go for a cosmetic surgery. what is the big deal if you are desperate for losing it .. but working out might be better..
and also i dont think working out on your arms will make your biceps bigger. It will first burn off all the fat. Running is the best excercise if you want a hour glass figure..

i'm bothered with my arm fat too and i think it is very difficult to lose the fat at that part. Taking more exercise will help you.

You can't spot reduce fat. Your body loses it where it loses it. But of course if you build muscle there, your arms won't be as big, because a smaller amount of muscle weighs more than a larger amount of fat; it's just denser, if that makes any more sense to you. You're just a young girl. You won't get that muscular or anything. Many guys don't even get that muscular when they try to. So keep up with the pushups, maybe do some pullups. 3 lb dumbells are a waste of time. But most importantly, do lots of running. Like I said, you can't spot reduce fat. Do cardio. 3 miles a day.

Push ups and sit ups you could also try doing certain types of weights. if you dont want like muscley ams maybe once you have gotten where you feel comfortable stop with the weights and shorten down the push ups and sit ups.

Play an instrument? I've had the same problem with arm fat and carrying a cello back and forth to school sure helps. There are some other small things, too. Like maybe putting a few extra text books in the backpack or joining any of the sports teams that require upper body strength. Hope I helped! :)

Best exercise for leaner arms is to take the weights in your hands, put your arms down in a normal position and then lift your arms to the side and in front of you at the height of your shoulders and to the back as high as you can. Note that your arms need to be completely straight; don’t bend your elbows and don’t bend over while you’re lifting your arms back.

Do the 80-20 diet, that's when you eat healthy for 80% of the day and if you give in to something unhealthy then just add that to the left over 20%. But try to restrain your self from eating too much junk food in one day because then it will start to go past the 20% (that isn't good) drinking lots of water and stretching regularly will help aswell. Eating things like fruit is good, watermelon is filling and you don't gain any weight from it either. I hope this helps! :)

I know some of these products sound sketchy. They do work though, I know from experience. You do have to eat better and exercise though.
