You don't lose it fast, you lose it slowly, just like you gained it. Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, lean protein, whole grains. Limit the fat and sugar content. Cut out all soda, diet or regular. Drink water instead. Increase your caloric output by exercising most days for 30 minutes or more.

There is no magic solution for losing fat. I will suggest these 3 steps process 1) Motivation - you need to motivate yourself and find a good reason why you want to lose fat. This will give you long term perspective and vision. 2) Diet Program - identify the diet program that you like the most. I can recommend the following site: www.howtolosefathq.com 3) Exercise - identify the good workout program that you can do. Don't over do. 45 mins running a slow tempo / 4 times a week works for me.
Give yourself a time. This is a life time practpractice ad can easily demoralize if you do not see result in short term.
