How to stop feeling so tired when I wake up ?
I sleep ten hours a day.( holidays )
drink like 3-4 litres of water ,daily.
I'm 5 foot 7...121 pounds.
18 years old.
Play,read ebooks, surf the net -----} Sit on computer like 8-12 hours a day (sick of girls !)
Eat a pretty well rounded diet ...I don't like sweets ..except chocolate..have a short temper...
exercise when I'm angry...(like half an hour a day)
If you see something here or any other possible reason ...Why the hell am I so freaking "UP" when I go to sleep...It takes me over an hour to fall asleep
When I wake up ...I literally have a water spray(like the ones barbers have)..
to spray on my face...my eyes are like burned dry ..I have to put like 3-4 drops of some eyedrop solution before I can open my eyes without hurting... (so Faking dry)
It takes all my will to move my arm to push over the blanket.
I'm getting tired of this ...tired of being so tired..tired of waking up..
