A healthy breakfast is one that has a decent amount of protein, as well as some whole grain carbohydrates to hold you over until lunch. Try some eggs and whole grain toast. Another option is Kashi Go-Lean cereal, one of the only cereals that has high protein as well as plenty of whole grains and fiber.
