If i stretch my legs for several hours will i be able to do the splits?

i want to the splits in maybe 1 day or atlest a few days is it possible if i stretch for several hours??

Depending on how flexible you are or athletic you are, it can be possible. I used to get my mum to help me I would lay on my back and she slowly push my leg towards my head one at a time (Stopping when it hurts) and each time my leg would get close and closer. Took me a few days but I was able to do the splits. Ensure you do lots of stretches before this as if you are not experienced, you could potentially pull something. I was so determined to do the splits when I was younger!! Wow that makes me feel old saying that at 21. Anyway, good luck!

try doing it everyday for the next few weeks....dont worry you'll get there

A good exercise to be able to do a split is go to your max in like gym shorts. Each day, you should try to go another inch down. It's gonna take a week to be able to comfortably do a split, but it a good way to not tear any tendons or anything trying.

If you wanna break your bones near your pelvis go for it... If you don't... Stretch little by little for an hour every morning until you can fully split

Doing a split is one of the deepest stretches you can do. If you stretch for several hours, depending on your flexibility, you might be able to do one; no promises though.
