How can i stop being so tired?
Eat healthy foods and sleep good, and eat a great hardy breakfast!
Sleep when you should be sleeping
Start taking Vitamins
go to have a vacation.
Go to the gym and be active.
Eat healthy , no junk food . Work out, don't over sleep and get into asleep routine same time to bed and wake .
If its ongoing and you eat healthy, work out regularly, and sleep enough and you still feel tired all the time...it could be something more serious. I would have your hemoglobin checked by your doctor...it could be anemia.
