No, that is not considered fat. Your body mass index (BMI) is 22.2 which is in the range for a normal weight. This is measured by calculating your height and your weight and checking the answer against a BMI chart to know whether you are underweight, overweight or have a normal weight.
No that is called healthy anything less is unhealthy. I have friends your height and weight and it is a healthy size. Don't let others such as you see on t.v. or in magazines make you feel less than beautiful it can really cause inferior complexes.

Hey , That is actually an interesting question for me .lol.. But your height needs to match with your weight unfortunately. In metric form you are 125 cm tall which is quite short for your age. Kids 14 years old should be around 160 cm tall (metric form). The weight for a 14 yr old girl who is 160 cm tall is 52 or 50. That shows you are obese. For your weight you are suppose to be 31 to 39 kg. However I am not a doctor or a health professional , thus you should ask a doctor about this. I do have a little bit experience with this stuff and I have learnt quite a lot about this so i am not saying this from the top of my head or to make you feel bad ! Good Luck! I am willing to give you advice on losing weight if you want :)
I have six kids and according to the weight and height chart we got from the doctor, if you are 14 years old, 59-60 inches tall, your best average weight should be 105-115 lbs. So at 110 lbs, you are practically perfect at your weight. Take care! : D
