Here is my workout-Will it be effective:

100 push-ups and Jog for 30 minutes. For breakfast: GNC Pro Performance 100% pure wey protein shake, 3 scrambled eggs, two peices of toast with butter. Lunch and supper- something light. I am a 218lb 15 year old girl and am hoping to tone up legs, lose belly fat, and tone arms

It depends on what you want if you are trying to build muscle you should lift weights if you are trying to lose weight you just need to burn more calories than you intake a day but make sure you still eat because you need the energy just don't eat fatty foods

Also as you burn off all those calories your eating, that seems like a good plan
