I'm a teen (if that matters lol)
Basic ballet is awesome for toning up
walking situps stretches crunches
Same as a guy! In reality were not that different.... squats lunges pull ups sit ups push ups cardio running bleachers stairs jogging power walking treadmill bicycle swimming you name it.
Some cardio or Zumba
shake weight lol, more lols
Jogging swimming yoga dance. It all depends what you're trying to strengthen
Running, Swimming and cycling is best for you and tone you figure
