You can actually gain weight by not eating. Your body will not be used to it, so it will gain. But if you take it too far you can become anorexic. I would just eat healthy foods instead of fasting(unless it's your religion).
You'll lose a few pounds but please dont try doing something like that. In the long run its not a good idea to starve yourself just to drop weight and then gain it all back once you start eating again.
ok, ppl fast for weeks even for months, its not that big of a deal. you just get the toxin out of your body. it is actually healthy every now and then. for 2 days it will not harm your body at all if your drink water and i mean alot.and if your get that throw up feeling just drink water to fill your up. you can lose up to 10 pounds maybe more it depends on your metabolism.its a good fresh start for your body. and ppl who say u will gain weight and stuff.. that dont happen much unless you go for a long time with out eating bc your will go all out on it.but you can also go on a liquid deit meaning you can eat anything er well drink like to go soups you can lose up to 20 in a week with out working out..
