Is there a way for me to get a better sleep?
i being serious with all this- I believe I have might be experiencing hypnagogia or something. like last night, before falling asleep, odd visions were popping into my head. it was frustrating. I couldn't think straight at all. i had weird thoughts i couldnt control. and everything looked darker to me that usual. almost black and white. it seemed my eyesight was different. and then I heard voices. one said to me," I just saw my life flash before my eyes-"and he said my name. that was weird! and I kept seeing dark things out of the corners of my eyes. next thing I know, I was having a really bad panic attack. I haven't had a bad panic attack in a long time because my anxiety is getting better. so that was very strange. I had alot of trouble breathing, I had heart palpitations, my heart was racing and beating hard, my chest felt weird (I have to say, this was the worst feeling but I can't explain it well), and I was extremely shaky and had uncontrollable muscle twitching. i wasn't even tired when i went to bed last night, but out if no where i was extremely exhausted. my face was quite pale looking too. i had to go to my parents so they could help. it's morning right now and I still don't feel good. my tummy hurts and my muscles feel weird from last night, even my heart. how do I make it stop? and why did it last this long? how do I calm myself down for tonight so I won't be scared to sleep? thanks
