I don't think so. I"m certain there may be some scientists and researchers who are trying to figure out if Wi-Fi can increase your chances of cancer or if it's like cell phones where they're trying to see if all those waves can increase your chances of cancer. But as far as wi fi causing cancer goes, there would not be enough information to make this claim. There may be a correlation, if anything, but I doubt it.
no but, the radiation waves from the wifi can affect the waves in your brain, specifically the part of your brain that are at the back of your head. this is where your eyes are controlled, the wifi can make your eyesight worse.
Health Canada's exposure limit is at an extremely high level of 1000 ?W/cm2. China/Russia/Italy/Poland have exposure limits at 10 ?W/cm2. Switzerland's general limit is 9.5 ?W/cm2 and 4.25 for sensitive areas (children, elderly, medically-challenged). The Swiss doctors' group - Physicians for the Environment - recently issued a public statement calling for reduction of their limit by 10 times, i.e. to 0.95 ?W/cm2. Luxembourg/Bulgaria at 2.4 ?W/cm2. Salzburg Health Department in Austria recommends only 0.001 ?W/cm2 for outdoor and 0.0001 for indoor exposure. This is 10 million times more stringent than our outdated Canadian Safety Code 6 of 1000 ?W/cm2. http://goo.gl/4pzyE
Almost any RF frequency in close proximity to the body can cause reaction of cells and even cancer. Depending on the frequency WIFI is in the microwave region and will deform, destroy or even mutate healthy cells that can cause cancer. This heat you feel on your face from using cellphone is the radiation literally cooking your cells. I know three people who have cancer in the exact location they carried their phones, left of testicles where phone was kept on belt carrier and two who kept in their bra. In the nineties 800 frequency bag cell phones were not to be used within three feet of your body. Hand helds were reduced from 5 watts to 3 because of safety issues. Now I believe they are much lower. At that time, mid 90's if you used the same formula for safety for handhelds on a cell tower, the safe distance from a cell tower was several miles distance. I worked in the cell business and built radios in my youth and was aware of the lethal potential of RF energy. Example go climb a high power radio tower. Depending on the frequency you would probably be dead within a few days from being cooked from inside out.
