Cut down unhealthy foods and drinks!!! Drink lots of water. Low calorie food options could also work (vegetables are a better snack than cookies). Also you must have some form of exercise to burn calories in order to loose weight.

you have to exercise. no way around that. Also, limit your caloric intake to about 1200-1500 calories a day depending on your level of activity and height. Also, make sure you limit calories from fat. Eat real whole foods and not C.R.A.P (Caffeine, Refined sugars, Alcohol, and Processed Foods.)
