Fill your bathtub with slightly warm water and dissolve a huge box of baking SODA in it. Get in the tub and turn the cold water faucet on to a slight steady stream so the warm water is replaced by the cooler water. Keep in the tub as long as you can stand this cool water. You have to cool that skin down. You should be able to sit in a tub of very cool water if you let it happen slow enough instead of getting into a tub of cold water. Do this several times a day. The baking soda helps with the healing of the skin. It's better to do this several (maybe 3-4) times a day instead of one long setting a day. I promise you this will help. Don't use any soap or other bath products on it and make sure tub is clean so as not to infect blisters. Gently blot your skin off when you get out and if possible, lay on your bed afterwards with a fan set on "low" blowing on your skin. Keep the skin cool.
