protiene shakes are for gaining muscle mass ONLY WHEN DOUBLED WITH EXERCISE. this may help to fill you up and therefore you will want to eat less but the best way to loose weight is to eat 6 small meals throughout the day rather than not eating. when you stop eating your body with retain all the fat in the food as it thinks this is all it is getting and need to retain the fat fopr energy. 6 small meals a day and at least 30 mins exercise a day and you will drop the kgs really well
