Is it possible that some panic attacks are caused by nothing in particular, it just happens? Or does something have to trigger it?
You may think nothing is causing them sometimes, but your body consists of many chemicals .If there is a chemical imbalance, you can end up with anxiety attacks or depression.
I'm sure it's possible after all anythings possible.
It some underlaying cause. You can probably figure out what causes them. What's heavy on your mind, what bugs, stresses you?
Panic attacks triggered by all sorts of things......but this song touches on it a little......and as usual, there may be some language that is inappropriate for younger ears.....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQv3_yJz1js
The simple answer is no, there is always a trigger even though we may not realize what it is, depending on the degree of the persons panic it could be anything from a smell, sound, sight or touch.
