My concern is why? Trying to lose weight? Not worth it. You'll lose for sure but as soon as you go back to eating you will gain it all back plus more. Really not worth it. Eat anything & everything that grows, if it comes in a box or a can forget about it. If it's brown eat, white don't. Cut down on red meat, turkey, chicken, fish is your friend. Water, water, water. No juice, no pop, no sugar. It's a sure thing. Adding a little excersise to it won't hurt, go for a walk, play your favorite sport, no eating after 7:30 if to go to bed around 10:00.
